Sat, July 23rd. Bizanet to Latour de France, 72km, avg 16.1km/hr, max 50.8km/hr

I was amazed, after the wine and vodka of the previous evening that I managed to get up even vaguely early, this photo, taken just after starting, is timed at about 9.00am, and I'd had breakfast!

Château de Gaussan

I think this is a monestery though, rather than a château.  Actually, the thing I remember most was how windy it was, either in my face or from the right, north-west.
