Our first day of rest at Banne finds Sam and I looking out our window down at the square. We're going to go out for a walk, have breakfast and we've heard there's a market in a nearby village so we'll explore that and then maybe go up to the castle to explore.

It's a lovely castle, a ruin of course, few building standing but the ramparts and walls and inner spaces are lovely. Pippa's gazing out at what is a lovely view, as you'll see if you click on the image and look at the slideshow.
